Betsy Holschuh, Executive Director
A former school principal and public school teacher, Betsy has spent 35 years in the public education system and two years as an Adjunct Professor. Betsy began working with H.O.P.E. as a volunteer and transitioned into the role of Executive Director. In this role, Betsy is responsible for overseeing seven tutoring sites, program staff, and working tirelessly to seek out funding for the students of Arlington to receive free one-on-one tutoring.
Ann Terhune, Director of Education
A retired teacher of 30 years, Ann works with the Executive Director in overseeing the educational activities at all seven tutoring locations. She is also responsible for training and recruting volunteers, and she coordinates all volunteer and student activities. In addition, Ann serves as an Adjunct Instructor at Tarrant County College, helping mold young minds from childhood to adulthood.
Rebecca Stuard, Administrative Assistant
Rebecca has been with H.O.P.E. for the last 15 years, providing various forms of support to all H.O.P.E. programs and staff. Rebecca assists in training Site Coordinators for each tutoring site, preparing materials, administering the payroll for all staff, and managing the office.
